Neelanjan Sircar is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research. His research focusses on electoral behavior, political centralisation, and urbanisation in India. He has recently co-edited (with Sanjoy Chakravorty) the volume Colossus: Anatomy of Delhi which analyses social behaviour and change in the National Capital Region.
