Abu Siddique is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Economics at the Technical University of Munich (Germany). His research interests lie in the field of development economics, particularly in the economic consequences of ethnic discrimination, mental health, endogenous formation of preferences, and the economic impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic in developing countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southampton (UK), a Masters in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southampton (UK), and a Bachelors in Economics from Queen Mary University of London (UK). His main research interest lies in the field of development economics.
