Shomita Kundu is a social impact strategy and leadership practitioner-coach with grassroots level experience in integrated livelihoods planning and implementation. Currently looking after the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning function at Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation, Shomita holds experience across India and Norway in facilitating organisational and programme development with large multistakeholder groups. She has worked at organisations such as TISS, GIZ and IIHS, contributing to research, capacity development, programmes and partnership building functions.
