Saumya Joshi is a Senior Research Associate at the Good Business Lab, where she works on research design, project implementation, and data analysis. She has worked on projects examining eye-glasses subsidisation, mental health, productivity, and absenteeism in garment factories. Saumya holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, with a specialisation in development economics. She completed her undergraduate studies in economics at the Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
