Raghav Rakesh is a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of Economics, Michigan State University. Born and raised in Bihar, India, he has received a B.A.(Hons.) in economics from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi in 2013, and an M.A. in economics from Delhi School of Economics (DSE), University of Delhi in 2015. His research interests include labour and urban economics. In particular, he plans to specialise in issues related to immigration.
