Vincy has been with Accountability Initiative (AI) since June 2014. With a background in qualitative research and a keen interest in institutional arrangements and functioning, Vincy primarily works with the public administration team at AI.Currently, she is involved in conducting a series of time-use studies of education officials. Prior to joining AI, she provided research assistance to the national-level Expert Committee on Leveraging Panchayati Raj (2013),helping the Committee prepare model activity maps of some of India’s largest schemes which could be used by states to objectively devolve functions and resources between government bodies. She has a Masters in Political Science,and Bachelors (Hons.) degree in Journalism from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.
