Sahil Gandhi is a lecturer at the School of Environment, Education and Development, University of Manchester. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at the Center for Urban Policy and Governance, Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, and a visiting fellow at Brookings Institution (India Center), and a postdoctoral scholar at the Sol Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California.
His research is in the field of urban economics, real estate and housing economics, and has been published in the Journal of Urban Economics, Journal of Regional Science, Cities, Environment and Urbanisation, among others.
