Jennifer is a former research assistant at Center for Global Development (CGD) where she worked on research related to natural resources, energy, and climate. Prior to joining CGD, she worked as a consultant with Oil Change International on greening foreign aid for energy projects and collecting data on international oil and gas shipments. She holds an M.A. in global environmental policy from American University and a B.S. in political science from Shepherd University. For her graduate capstone project, she collaborated with the World Resources Institute to establish a best practices guide of corporate social responsibility for multinational energy companies.
