Jean-François is a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Boston College. His work is centred around business and development economics. His current research has focussed on the role of minimum wage in firms’ decision-making, and on the dynamic between managers and workers in garment factories in India. In addition, he also studies the benefits of artificial intelligence-assisted hiring and training tools to employers, employees, and job-seekers in India and the US.
