Shantanu is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the University of California, Irvine. He has completed his M.Phil. and Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He was previously an (ad-hoc) Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Delhi and has worked as a short-term consultant on various projects with the World Bank. His research interests are in labour economics, development economics, and experimental economics.
