Pankaj was an IGC Country Economist for India Bihar.Pankaj holds a Masters in Public Policy and Development from Paris School of Economics and a BSc in Computer Science from St. Xavier’s College. Prior to joining IGC, he worked with the World Bank in Cambodia, CEPREMAP (Centre for Economic Research and its Application), and ESSEC business school in Paris. He also worked as a Research Manager with J-PAL (Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab) supervising multiple randomized control trial studies on Health, Public employment, and Energy in India.
