David Rosenblatt is an economic advisor at the Office of the Chief Economist, World Bank. Prior to this, he was a lead economist and sector leader at the Bank’s Latin America and the Caribbean region. David has also been a visiting lecturer at George Washington University. He has a Ph.D. in economics from University of California, Berkeley.
