Dr. Avinav Kumar works as a State Quality Incharge at Jharkhand Education Project Council, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He works to ensure educational quality; oversight to the development and implementation of child-centered teaching and learning materials; design and implementation of teacher training programs about instructional leadership and active learning, monitoring and enhancement of community involvement in education; promotion of the use of ICT in education etc. The main focus of his work is to enhance learning outcomes of students from primary to senior secondary classes of Jharkhand state. Dr. Avinav holds PhD degree in Education.
