Swati Sharma is a Quantitative Economist at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, working on an inter-disciplinary project that aims to address gender gaps in STEM at the tertiary level. Prior to joining IIT Delhi, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi.
Her research domains include personnel economics, labour and development economics with a focus on gender, social networks and labour market outcomes.
