Raju Huidrom is Economist at the World Bank, Development Prospects Group.He is engaged with monitoring of financial and macroeconomic developments in the global economy, contributing to the World Bank’s semi-annual flagship publication "Global Economic Prospects". He has also contributed to various policy related work at the World Bank. Prior to the World Bank, he has worked at policy think tanks like the International Monetary Fund, the Conference Board, and the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations. His recent research focuses on macro-financial linkages, fiscal and monetary policies, zero lower bound, and global business cycles. He holds an M.A. in economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Virginia.
