Prachi Singh is a Ph.D. candidate at the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Delhi Centre and an Associate Fellow at the Brookings Institution, India Centre. Her research interests include environmental, health and development economics. In particular, she is interested in exploring the effect that environmental degradation has on human capital, in developing countries like India. She currently works in the development economics vertical at Brookings India focusing on research in health economics. She has done her M.A. in economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a B.A. from Delhi University.
