Madhav is an economist working in the capacity of a Project Manager at the International Growth Centre (IGC, Myanmar Office), overseeing the Centre’s research agenda at the Thilawa SEZ in Yangon. He has a B.A. in economics from Hans Raj College and M.Phil. from the University of Oxford. His research interests include trade, development, and labour markets.
