Kenneth Kletzer Professor and Department Chair of Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. His primary research areas are international economics and macroeconomics. Much of his research has concerned international financial integration, financial crises and economic growth. In recent years, he has published articles on sovereign debt, international financial reform and crisis resolution.
