Simone Schaner is Assistant Professor (Research) of Economics at the University of Southern California. Her research focusses on gender and household decision-making in the developing world, she is especially interested in applications to financial inclusion, health, and labour markets. Simone earned her Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
