Sidharth Santhosh researches how bureaucrats learn welfare governance, navigate working together (convergence), and manage citizen-state coalitions in India. They also facilitate capacity-building programmes for bureaucrats, early-stage NGOs and university students.
Sidharth is a Senior Research Consultant at the Centre for Policy Research and Senior Research Associate at the Foundation for Responsive Governance (ResGov) which works on transforming lives by enabling responsive governance that is adaptive, accessible, and attentive to every vulnerable citizen’s need. Prior to this, they consulted at IIEP-UNESCO, Paris on studies that unpacked middle-tier reforms in education across emerging economies. They hold a Masters in Public Policy and Economics from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Bachelors in Economics from Christ University, Bangalore. They have served on the Youth Board at Reap Benefit and been a Young Curator and Learners Voice Fellow at the World Innovation Summit for Education (Qatar).
