Natalie has over 14 years’ experience working in development programmes in India, Nepal, Mozambique, and South Africa. She is the co-founder of Change the World Trust, a non-profit organisation that sets up and provides free coding training to unemployed youth and high school students across sub-Saharan Africa. A strong advocate of gender equality, she is passionate about creating and providing learning programmes that have the potential to transform communities through increasing access to information and resources, and improving livelihoods. Natalie holds a Master's degree in International Development Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa.
