Emily L. Pakhtigian is an Assistant Professor and the Jeffrey L. and Sharon D. Hyde-McCourtney Career Development Professor in the School of Public Policy at Penn State University. Her research examines how individuals interact with their natural environments with emphasis on environmental health, valuation of environmental risk reductions, and water resources management.
