Karl Ove Moene is a Professor at the Centre for the Study of Equality, Social Organization, and Performance, Department of Economics, University of Oslo. His academic interests are in comparative institutions, economic development, unions, and welfare States. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oslo.
