Dipti Paridhi Kindo is a Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) serving in Ranchi district of Jharkhand. Her main area of focus is the Annual Shelf of Projects (MNREGA), Model Panchayat Project and works of NRLM in all the 18 blocks of Ranchi District.
Dipti holds a B.C.A. degree (with distinction), and a post graduate degree in Rural Development from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. Prior to PMRDF, she interned with Coastal Gujarat Power Limited, which is a Tata Power Company in Kutch, Gujarat. She has also worked with an NGO called the Kutch Nav Nirman Abhiyan, Gujarat.
